Love love,

Tantalising about sums this up. Our friend Corentine is making a film featuring the Woebie classic “The Road to the Cemetery” from our Play Dead EP. She sent us this sneak preview and now we’re drooling with anticipation.

This is an interview we did on the last night of our ‘Get NatWest Tower to Xmas Number One’ tour, as we sat shivering in the back of our broken-down van. The single ‘NatWest Tower’ is out today!
NatWest Tower Tour Diary
November 25th The Monarch, Camden
Off we go again on the promotion trail, this time in a futile attempt to get Natwest Tower to number one. And so the tour began where the last one left off: London town. On this occasion we found ourselves in the majestic Monarch on a stage in front of a big plate glass window. Not much of a sound check due to dodgy roadworks but the sound onstage was one of the...

Recorded during our recent session at the House of Strange. Simon records yet another solid take of a new song while Grundy tries in vain to distract him.

The Woe Betides perform ‘Boredom is the Killer’ a cappella with a little help from Colonel Sexlife and a large birdcage. Also featuring interpretive dance by Alex Carson. Filmed by Lewis Morton of Milkbar Records, Norwich.
